Additional information
1. Leader of Lifeinvader
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization? State three reasons and explain each of them.
1) Deep Experience & Understanding of Lifeinvader Core Operations
Due to having worked with Lifeinvader for a long time and across a variety of departments, I managed to build a complete perspective on how this organization works-from managing ads to creative operations, even to journalism workflows. I have seen Lifeinvader grow and change with each new term, taking on various challenges, and I know exactly what the organization needs to keep on improving. My experience allows me to take decisions that are not only effective but sustainable for the long term.
2) Strong Leadership Skills & Dedication to Team Growth
Having led, trained, and mentored numerous staff through my journey so far, I know how to bring out the best in people by keeping them positive, disciplined, and motivated. I want to build a team as a leader where everyone feels valued, supported, and united. I would like to create an environment where each staff member, either new or experienced, will get every opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve great things inside Lifeinvader.
3) Vision to Intensify Lifeinvader's Relationship with the City
Lifeinvader is at the heart of this city, from events and advertisements down to journalism. I will take Lifeinvader to the next level by making our presence in this city stronger, more creative, and far more engaging for the citizens. Whether through better broadcasts, immersive events, or well-researched articles, I will ensure that Lifeinvader becomes the interaction and storytelling hub right in the middle of this city.
3. Your suggestions regarding how to improve the RolePlay level in the organization
Ads Team:
I will redesign the system of hiring and assessment to make it fair, clear, and effective.
Introduce better training modules so that your new employees learn faster and confidently.
Recruit employees from different time zones to ensure full coverage in both day and night shifts.
Establish a professional and friendly HR team to guide new people into the company through their onboarding process.
Creative Team:
I will contribute to the Creative Academy by making it easier for newcomers to learn.
Introduce more immersive, innovative, and entertaining events, planned well in advance for maximum participation.
Develop specialized sub-teams for hosting, videography, editing, posters, interviews, and event planning.
Enhance the collaboration with LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and NG to ensure events are well-organized and secured without any chaos situations.
Journalism Team:
Rebuild the department, hiring committed, energetic journalists who care about the story.
Introduce new templates of articles, enhance workflow systems, and set deadlines.
Offer bonus structures to keep journalists motivated and consistent.
Focus on quality interviews, citizen stories, and current reports to regain Lifeinvader's status as the number one news outlet in the city.
