Growing up in Sandy Shores was tough for Rashed, he could never settle. Always wanted more out of life, was never satisfied, so he moved into the city for a couple of years after he turned 21. Met a lot of different people, he once met this person with a nickname of Little Joe.
Little Joe came across as an alright guy, a little strange but nevertheless. A decent person, Little Joe once made a proposal to Rashed, he asked if Rashed wanted to make some money. And Rashed needing money because the city was expensive to live in, he accepted without much hesitation. Little Joe arranged for a meeting with his ‘’Employer’’.
But Rashed made it clear that he was not going to do anything illegal, Little Joe insisted that in this city, you need to get your hands dirty if you want to thrive. Rashed hesitated but was forced into talking with the Employer of Little Joe, after the meeting was done Rashed knew that if he was to start working for this man, he wouldn’t get out without blood on his hands so he decided to decline the offers provided by the Employer, Little Joe was annoyed that Rashed wasted his time, Rashed responded with ‘’I told you, i won’t do it if it’s illegal’’ Little Joe drove off in a angerly manner. And that was the last Rashed saw of Little Joe, a few years passed, and Rashed’s father mysteriously disappeared.
The disappearance of his father drove him back to Sandy Shores, and Rashed didn’t know what to do, and where to start so he did what anyone would do. He called up the SAHP to seek help, people from Sandy Shores usually never got along with the law, but Rashed had no choice.
3 weeks passed of constant and consistent searching… But nothing was found out.
Eventually one day Rashed’s dad was found dead in the city at the docks, beaten to death by who he never found out. But this drove Rashed to join the Army to achieve the capabilities to find out who did that to his father and why.
outcomes
1. Rashed will support his family in illegal matters.
2. Rashed always carries his personal body cam and extra SD memory cards and batteries
3. Rashed can take bribes or even get purposefully robbed of his equipment for sale
