Chester was born in the Flinders Medical Centre on 28/05/1990. His parents, Albert and Meridith lived a perfectly average life, with a mediocre house, a white picket fence, mediocre jobs and a passionate marriage, showing Chester the love and attention he needed as a child.
Chester left school at the age of 18 and moved to San Andreas to enrol in the San Andreas highway Patrol training academy. He had hoped for a fulfilling life, saving the citizens of SA and being a staple for his community. Chester breezed through, being the top of his class for shooting, athletics and showed a natural gift for negotiations.
Chester's first day of SAHP was intoxicating to him, he was assigned a partner by the name of Charlotte Noir, who was also fresh out of the academy. he found her irresistible and could not wait to begin his patrols.
At the age of 20, Charlotte and Chester were married, her taking the name of Bearington. They were an unstoppable power couple on the force and revered by the department. Chester was destined for greatness and was in good favour with the High Commands, they had told him he was ready to be fast tracked to a greater position. Chester naively believed them, this would ultimately begin the spiral and downfall of his life.
Wednesday the 18th of June, 2012. Chester and Charlotte were assigned to patrol Senora Hwy, not an unusual task as this Hwy is home to the local gangs and criminals to rob the unsuspecting tourists of the city. Unbeknownst to Chester, his once trusted and valued High Commands who he once held to highest respect, were riddled with corruption, they had made a deal with a crime family to send Chester and Charlotte to a location of their choosing to take us hostage, providing they were going to be well compensated for the information. Disaster struck as during the capture a rogue member of the crime family shot and killed Charlotte for failing to raise her hands quick enough. Chester over heard the criminals having an argument about the killing, this was supposed to be a snatch and grab, set up by the high commands. He knew he had been betrayed, but he also knew he couldn't rest until he took down those responsible.
Chester lost his spark, sanity and enthusiasm for the job, each day he felt a piece of his soul leave his body. He knew he had a job to do and avenge the death of his beloved wife. Starting with the crime family that took him hostage, he stalked and set up traps to get members alone, what started as a journey for vengeance, turned into a bloodlust that only violence and mayhem could satisfy. One of Chester's famous interrogation techniques was severing the fingers of his victims and eating the flesh in front of them, not batting an eye lid.
Chester never found those responsible in his department, but will never stop until he does. Not trusting anyone and an overwhelming sensation to cause pain and misery, Chester still inflicts pain on criminals for his own gratification. Chester no longer knows what is right and what is wrong, he will do anything for information, even if it means trading information or human life to get his answers.
1. Due to Chester's Paranoia, he has a hidden camera in his shoulder ornament which is always rolling and uploading to a private server.
2. Due to Chester's need for information to trade, he carries a work radio at all times to get information that could be useful.
3. Due to Chester's PTSD and fear of being taken hostage, he can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle. (Sticking to rp driving and no flying)
4. Chester conceals and hides his police I.D in a secret but easily accessible hidden pocket in his trousers. (If taken hostage and asked for police I.D can do 2 try commands to see if they were successful in finding badge)
5. Chester can use any weapon legal or illegal to defend himself ( I understand that if it's an organization weapon then using it in a personal situation is not allowed )
6. Chester can accept bribes to reduce jail time sentence or remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he feels like it ( Only friends/family or people with information that can be used by Chester)
7. Chester can torture, Interrogate or kill to gain information by administering truth serum, even lawyers and other leos (using /try cmd )
8. Chester can sell or give information to criminals or gangs ( info such as raids/ammo runs for orgs ) in return of money or information.
