Life Story:
Max was born on the 22nd Of March 1999, in a small town on the outskirts of Manchester. Max was born into an Upper-Class family, To mother Lucy and Father Alex. His mother was a well-respected lawyer and his father held a high position in The Greater Manchester Police. He grew up in a fairly strict household. Sometimes if Max would step out of line and his Father Alex would intervene not in a violent way but in a Mental Way he would say certain things to Max that he would remember for the rest of his life. Also with his parents being so prestigious in their lines of work, Max picked up plenty of skills from a young age he's always been engaged with the law from his mother's side and also hand-to-hand combat which he learnt from his Father. After Max reached 17 he went and joined The Greater Manchester Police! Max did not start from the bottom he had extensive knowledge of the law and knew how to defend himself. He ended up getting carried away, He ended up meeting some well-known criminals with who he started associating a lot more than what was needed. Max started to do tasks for them from deleting files to smuggling things for them.
After a while Max got carried away, he did something that anyone could notice. He smuggled in a huge line of illegal items ranging from rare animal skin to drugs to guns. The problem was this operation was a sting and Max was none the wiser about it. He was found with all of these items in his possession, Max was arrested on that same night for Smuggling and assisting Criminals. Due to the position that he held he was sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment! Max met criminals in prison which he could contact at a later date for a favour because of what he did for them during his time there! After 6 years with no behavioural issues, Max was released on good behaviour and not long after he moved to a City Called Los Santos as he knew he could not continue what he was doing in the UK as he was always under close observation. After he moved out he became a small-time thief to pay for food and also to pay the bills. He didn't find a Job that suited him at this point this was until he was at a bar one night and he met someone who was responsible for the Main Recruitment and Welfare for the LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)! The person Max was speaking with had no idea about his past or what he did over in the UK or that he was ever a Police Officer at all. And this is when he was offered a job and where his career started!
Career Story:
Max's career began as a Rookie, but Max stood out from the rest because of his past and background in Law Enforcement. This is when he quickly flew up the ranking system and found himself as Captain Of HR working under the very person who got him the Job in the first place. With hard work, dedication and commitment he was offered Commander after the previous one retired but he refused this offer and carried on as he was for 2 more years. This was until at a Meeting he found the director of the FIB. They quickly had a bond. A few months later he was offered a job there, Max took this offer and moved from LSPD to FIB. He didn't start at the high rank like he was at LSPD but he knew a lot of people from FIB because of his time at LSPD. After a while Max The FIB got a new Director Davis Lawley, Max knew Davis from his time at LSPD. And this is where Davis offered Max Chief Of Staff. And this is where max currently resides to this very day! But Max never got rid of Bad Habits. And this is where he hopes his illegal activity can rise again.
Outcomes:
1- Max can accept bribes on upwards to 100.000$
2- Max can reduce or totally release someone who he knows or likes at random times.
3- Max can destroy other peoples bodycams. (via /try max of 2 times)
4- Max has a hidden bodycam that can be activated. (via /do activates hidden bodycam)
5- Max can lie about requesting a lawyer or he can refuse usage of one in the first place.
6- Max will help people break out of prison for a fee.
7- Max will help his family anyway he can.
8- Max can take SUVs and Other off road cars on dirt tracks etc whilst having a 10-15.
9- Max can leak information to gangs and families such as black market raids or ammo runs.
10- Max can use lethal force if triggered.
