Life Story: Jon grew up in the rough part of the District of Columbia. He grew up without a father and his mother had a heart attack early in his life. Instead of calling the ambulance, he told her to get up. She would not get up so he packed up and left. As he left he made sure to take the pack of Cuban cigars from under his mother's bed. From then on he started to create a gang in the city and beat up anyone who crossed him. He quickly rose to the top of the most wanted criminal chart and people started to know him as the Top G. But he decided to flee to Los Santos due to all the unwanted attention he was getting from the government. He had contact with a lawyer named Saul who specialized in helping criminals out. Saul was able to connect Jon to another contact who was able to give Jon a new identity. From then on Jon worked tirelessly to be a cop so he could maybe change his life around one day. Eventually, he became a cop and worked hours and hours each day. Soon because of that he became high command very quickly. To this day he is still single but has made many friends and is part of the Cash family and loves them all dearly.
Career Story:
Jon started off his legal path by joining LSPD. He joined in the middle of Gabi Tosca's term where he became a cadet and a regular officer. After that, he continued LSPD in Syndra Lovinhoods term and quickly ranked up to the highest non-hc rank. After Syndra's term, he went to fib to join Hank Volkov's term as special agent 3 and ranked up to senior special agent before he had to leave. Jon then took a vacation for one term before he went on to join at the beginning of Neron Hill's term. He got Commander of FTD. After helping Mr.Neron for about a term he transferred to FIB to help his ex-colleague, Davis Lawley out. He got HOD of HR.
Outcomes:
1. Jon can benefit himself and the organization by paying informants for information
2. Jon can take bribes up to 100k
3. Jon may pick up any illegal or legal weapons or gear and can use it while on duty or off duty and may store them where he sees fit. (Not including organizational gear/weapons)
