2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Restructure: I would like to restructure the LSPD and how things are operated. I agree with a few of the current decisions that are in place such as the Log in the discord. But other things I don't for example The Chief of Police getting a whole team to escort him from place to place. I believe Supervisors should act more like supervisors and not just be on their own. I believe that "Cadets" should be able to tow and get experience any way possible. I want to start a Orientation for the different sub divisions that Cadets can join. For example Cadets wanting to join swat will be able to do an Orientation with swat to see what a day in the life will be.
2. Training: "Cadets in training" Shouldn't have to just wait and sit for gear. Working hard to get your first arrest when you're really new to the department is not ideal. I believe if you assist in a certain amount of arrest such as your FTO arrest someone and you assist with about 5 arrest and properly execute 1 arrest is more reliable for the trainings. Or with my leadership Cadets will be able to Tow Cars or do parking enforcement and once a certain amount of Cars Towed or Tickets issued they can automatically be admitted into the Towing Sub Division.
3. Language barrier: When I joined the LSPD my biggest Pet peeve was trying to do the training with the language barrier with the trainer. A training that should've taken 1-2 hours took 4 hours to complete simply cause the language barrier. Part of the application process and interview process was Fluent English and I mean this with no disrespect I couldn't understand have the LSPD Higher Command simply cause english wasn't the first language. Not saying I won't allow the individuals who are on the team to train with a different language but there are ways to work around it with making training classes with people who can understand the trainer. For example lets say the trainer doesn't speak a understandable english and there are cadets who are the same then maybe assign the trainer to those cadets so we can avoid the block of the Language barrier and get training done in a reasonable amount of time.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice for improving roleplay level in the organization is to make it a more enjoyable organization to be in. Make it a rewarding experience where friendships and enjoyable roleplay can be done and make it a fun work environment while maintaining discipline and respect for each other and others in the city.
