i was issued a warning for rule 1.1 when i killed a debt collector in a pov that wasnt even reporting me

I’m the one who made the report it wasn’t about him he was engaging in his own rp scene and it was not RDM if it was the dept collector would have reported him he did engage in rp before shooting my report had nothing to do with him so i don’t know why he got punished
