DEATH BEFORE DISHONOUR
Slaughter Gang which originally came from Ottawa, Canada, is a tight-knit group of like minded members who had previous criminal records and were a part of other major gangs like Vagos & Bloods.
Slaughter Gang was the leading family in Los Santos Vagos, which lead the Vagos to major success and which was also a good starting point for Slaughter Gang.
Branching out to Los Santos, members of the Slaughter Gang are all tied with the same goal, which is being the leading organization in the crime scene.
With a lot of past experiences as leading members of criminal organizations, main vision of Slaughter Gang is conquering businesses trough gang activities and work, as most members are known criminals and aren't businessmen, the idea of conquering businesses as a family would not only bring us together, but also increase our status and control within the city. Even tho the organization is named Slaughter Gang, a name that would tie homicide and aggression being the main goal, the organization has a shared interest of acquiring businesses, which makes the organization more unique than the other criminal organizations.
Color
The colour of Slaughter Gang members is BLACK AND RED which is a resemblance of murder and blood while keeping the dark aesthetic.
The most important factor of this organization is Loyalty.
All Slaughter Gang members consider that Loyalty is above everything else, as the group moved trough different gangs as a unit and worked together into making success in the same gangs. After deciding to branch out into a more known loyal criminal organization, the high command of Slaughter Gang started recruiting skilled shooters who had the same goal as the gang itself, become a more dangerous gang over time, rivalling all the big dogs.
Moving into Los Santos, Slaughter Gang is an underdog organization which is yet to show the passion and earn the respect on the streets as a criminal organization. Main goals of the organizations are:
acquiring businesses
dealing firearms, ammunition & drugs
recruiting like minded people
respecting the decisions of members of the gang, and only caring about the family
promoting murder and crime in the ghetto areas
RANKING
The leading members are split into 5 founders of the family and they make the most complex and important decisions, those are
Villain, Godfather, El Padre, Admiral, and Revenant. (which will change based on the person who steps in as a founder, as every founder has his own unique title)
For the next 5 ranks, these ranks are the carriers of loyalty and respect across the entire family, earned with hard work.
