Im an ems employe and got attacked a little under a month ago i know im a little bit late sorry but the city rules 6.5 clrealy states that ems cannot be robbed killed etc. "6.5 It is prohibited to do any criminal acts against EMS employees.(Kill, rob and etc.)"
