Its totally normal that you cant spawn in an informal zone when you have a kevlar equipped. That is not a "Bug". The spot where you are trying to enter the zone from the roof is normal aswell and is not forbidden. there cannot be bug abuse when its not even a bug

constantly flying over leftover spots means you were taking part in this event
