Reviewing admin please give us standard rules and terms of a free passage, For both the state and crime side. To be clear, for state side what can leos do when we ask for free passage and what is not allowed, and for gang side when leos comply and ask us to give free passage for a hostage situation.

Missed a point. The whole POV I posted in the forum is just the second hostage situation. We got a hostage and leos didnt respond for 20mins untill admins check we have hostage and told them to come. If you want the POV of our Fake situation we can post that too.
