I was shopping and this guy (who WAS a family member) started trying to RDM me with no RP or anything, video cut out as i ran off on 1 HP

I was at black market giving a friend some money when this guy comes out of nowhere and starts shooting. i shot back in self defence and killed him, then he combat logged.
