VDM and Shooting in HQ by the ID : 66810 and 66107

Sorry my bad for the late reply bcoz I was stuck with some IRL stuff.

So at first we told them to pull over, They didn't and the we tried to shot them down and so they started powergaming and VDMing us

The event Taking over the prison started and I tried to go in but couldn't enter bcoz of 50 limit then I waited outside and out of no where the LEOs on the roof started shooting people outside waiting to get in the event and people waiting in the parking for their turn. After many admin reports...

These guys are VDM us in the DOC and did not left after multiple warnings
