Dear Administration,
I am writing to sincerely apologize for my recent mistake regarding the POV request. About a week ago, I was banned for failing to provide my POV upon request. I fully understand the importance of this rule and acknowledge that I was in the wrong.
This is my first offense of this kind, and I can assure you that it will also be the last. I genuinely enjoy being part of the GrandRP community and never intended to violate any server rules. I simply made a careless error, and I take full responsibility for it.
Going forward, I will take care to always record my POVs and provide them as needed. I value this project very much and would love a second chance. I ask that you consider reducing my ban so that I can return to the server and continue to play responsibly.
