Admin changed complaint Title and reject it after 1 week by saying "Ballas Disbanded" Doesn't make any sense Cause ID 368892 was also mentioned

Before locking Topic for Curator of Ballas Atleast Give punishment to ID 368892 for violating of Fear rp and Stalling violation of Rules mentioned
