Hello there!
I am appealing my ban because I personally believe that this ban is false, they banned me for the reason 'On request' and states that it also was 30 day ban which is insanely amount of days when I have done nothing but to be pure hearted towards this city.
Main reason of the ban is because of how I was punished and removed from leadership of EMS in EN 1 by Mohamed Pluxury. The removal from my position was due to Mohamed Pluxury misunderstanding my situation with an EMS employee, this never happened icly either, it only happened oocly in DMs. I have also heard so many times that admins says 'We do not moderate DMs'. Now this happened OOCly not icly whatsoever.
The main situation of the incident goes by how one of the EMS employees had a story on them / rumors on them oocly So I contacted this person in personal DMs where I have specifically told her that I can help out and set a clear stop line on this matter. It was never taken from icly to oocly or the other way around, everything was kept OOCly, and it has never been an issue before hand in the city.
As you also can see in the POV if you read carefully - it does state that this was a OOC matter not an ICly matter. So I do not know why this is a reason to ban me for the reason 'on request'.
With this being said, EN 1 is my home, it is my place to go to escape reality, I have been in this city for years and spent so much money. How does OOCly matters even get pushed into Icly by admins and gets me removed from leadership and banned for 30 days. Kinda insane if you ask me.
