I went to steal the panel, and there were 4 minutes left. I was told that during the last 4 minutes, it's allowed to shoot people waiting at the panel, so I acted accordingly. Despite this, a forum was opened against me, and an admin named Lazer White gave me a warning penalty for RDM. After the incident, I spoke with another admin, and they told me that it is allowed to shoot between the 3rd and 4th minute.

I received a warning for RDM even though I acted within the rules. As seen in the attached screenshot, Admin Dawood Bashir clearly stated that shooting is allowed 3 to 4 minutes before the hour reset. I shot with 4 minutes left, based on this rule.
Therefore, I believe the warning I received was a wrong decision and I kindly ask for it to be reviewed.
