Dear Admin
I’m writing to request a fair review of my ban. I was banned under G1.3 (scamming) on 15/7/25 , but the situation was not what it seemed. I believe I was misled by someone I trusted, and then set up and reported by that same person. I’ve put together full proof showing I did not act with malicious intent, and that I was guided every step of the way by this player. All I ask is for my case to be looked at properly and fairly.
A while ago, I returned to Grand RP after a few months of inactivity. I was unfamiliar with the updated economy and prices. A player I had known before and was previously friends with — “Shadif” (his old Discord/mail name) — approached me and offered to sell me a Volex Type 2 watch for 4 million. He told me I could easily resell it for 5 million.
I trusted him due to our past friendship and went ahead with the purchase. Later, I found out the actual value was around 2 million. I confronted him calmly and expressed that I felt scammed. Instead of causing conflict, I returned the watch and told him he could try to resell it himself. I even offered him a commission if he succeeded. I was trying to handle it peacefully.
Later, I asked him for help with pricing old battle pass items I had — including summer crates. He offered to help and guided me through the entire setup via what we refer to as “mails” (Discord messages). During a screen-sharing session, he watched my screen and instructed me step-by-step:
I followed his instructions exactly, because I trusted him and didn’t know the proper market rules or pricing. He even told me to sit at the beach and not log off because the shop would close otherwise.
After listing the items based on his instructions, I was shocked to find out I had been reported for scamming — by the same player who had guided me through everything.
When I asked him to tell the truth to the admins and take responsibility, he refused. Instead, he kept saying things like:
Type what you want me to say, and I’ll copy-paste it,”
— trying to make it seem like I was pressuring him, rather than him admitting what really happened.
When I confronted him again later, he changed his story and said:
You put the price and left mails
However, I have clear screen recordings of our mails that prove otherwise:

My Story (Full Context):
- To list one crate for 150k
- And the other two for 6 million and 7 million
I followed his instructions exactly, because I trusted him and didn’t know the proper market rules or pricing. He even told me to sit at the beach and not log off because the shop would close otherwise.
How I Was Set Up:
After listing the items based on his instructions, I was shocked to find out I had been reported for scamming — by the same player who had guided me through everything.
When I asked him to tell the truth to the admins and take responsibility, he refused. Instead, he kept saying things like:
Type what you want me to say, and I’ll copy-paste it,”
— trying to make it seem like I was pressuring him, rather than him admitting what really happened.
When I confronted him again later, he changed his story and said:
You put the price and left mails
However, I have clear screen recordings of our mails that prove otherwise:
- He gave me the exact prices to use — and admitted it multiple times.
- He actively guided me during a live screen share, clearly instructing me in real-time on how to list and price the items.
- In one mail recording, he says "you put the price and left" during VC, but the full context clearly shows he was there the entire time helping me set the prices.
- On the in-game POV, you can see that we were in “mails” (Discord), and his name appears clearly in the top-left corner of the screen during our conversation.
- I have screen recordings showing his old name on MAILS
- To make things worse, on 17/07, he changed his mail name from “Shadfi” to “Spider Man”, possibly to hide his identity and avoid being connected to the proof. However His voice is the same across both old and new usernames, and it can easily be verified.
- His voice is the same across both old and new usernames, and it can easily be verified.
- This clearly shows he was trying to cover up his involvement after the fact.
Proof & Evidence Summary
Proof 1: Confession – Pricing Guidance
- File Name: Confession_1_Price_Guidance (LINK) 2& (LINK)
- Description: The player clearly admits that he told me the prices for the summer crates and guided me on how to list them.
Proof 2: Confession – Watch Scam Setup
- File Name: Confession_2_Watch_Scam (LINK)
- Description: He admits involvement in the overpriced watch deal, and I can be seen confronting him while he tries to downplay his role.
Proof 3: Game POV – Beach Market Setup with VC
- File Name: BeachMarket_Setup_POV.mp4 (LINK)
- Description: In this in-game POV recording, I’m seen setting prices at the beach market, while the player is:
- Standing right next to me in-game
- Simultaneously on Discord VC (mails) with me, when i was asking him if everything is okay as price and he said yes and left
- You can hear his voice in the background and his Discord/mail name is visible, proving he was present both in-game and on VC.
- This clearly shows he was not only aware, but actively involved in the process.
Proof 4: Avoiding Confession When Confronted
- File Name: Avoiding_Confession_Chat (LINK) *The video got corrupted, but you can still identify him by his voice*
- Description: A mail (Discord) recordingshowing the moment I confronted him about what he did. Instead of responding honestly, he said:
“There are some rules, I can’t talk about this here.” - This was said while he realized I might be recording (making a POV). His tone and hesitation clearly show he was trying to avoid leaving any written or spoken evidence against himself.
Why the Ban Is Unfair:
- I was misled by someone I trusted and had a history with.
- I never intended to scam anyone and acted in good faith, based on guidance I thought was honest.
- I have no prior bans or warnings.
- I cooperated peacefully and returned the item when things went wrong.
- I submitted clear evidence, which seems to have been ignored or overlooked.
- The player who reported me was actively involved in the setup and later tried to rewrite the story.
What I’m Asking For:
- A full investigation, including review of the mail
- Consideration of my clean record, cooperation, and honest intent.
- Appropriate review of the other player’s behavior, including misleading guidance and attempts to hide evidence.
- If it’s clear I acted in good faith and was set up, I humbly request that my ban be lifted.
