I'm reaching out regarding the ban on my account due to account sharing. I completely understand the importance of account security and the rules set by the server. I take full responsibility for my mistake and I sincerely apologize for violating the rules.

This account is mine, and I can provide full evidence that I’m the original and only rightful owner. I understand now how serious this matter is, and I guarantee that this will never happen again.

I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into this account, and it really means a lot to me. I kindly ask for a second chance and request you to consider removing or reducing the ban. I’ve attached proof of ownership such as:
- Screenshots of my login history from the Grand Launcher
- Payment history (if available)
- Screenshots showing the character or in-game possessions that only I would know
