I'm reaching out regarding an IP ban I received under Anti-Cheat 352. I believe this ban may be the result of a misunderstanding or technical issue, and I’d like to explain what happened in full transparency.
Around a year ago, I was playing Grand RP for the first time. I joined a random family that was planning to raid a house, and since it was all new to me, I was still trying to understand the mechanics. Unfortunately, due to low PC specs or poor graphics loading, the floor in the raid area didn’t render properly, and I kept falling through the map.
I didn’t realize this might trigger any anti-cheat detection. I even tried to get help from an in-game admin and asked to be teleported, but before anything could be done, I was suddenly banned, even though I never used any cheats or exploits. It was just a graphical/loading issue that caused the glitch.
What's more confusing is that the ban screen shows the date 24-05-2025, but I was still able to play the game without issues even after that date. It wasn’t until recently, after restarting my laptop and launching the game normally, that I was met with this ban screen. Since then, I’ve been forced to use a VPN just to access the game, but I would really prefer to play without one.
I’ve also contacted my ISP to request an IP change, but they informed me that it’s not possible at this time.
Given that:
I kindly ask you to please review the case and consider unblocking my IP. I genuinely enjoy the game and want to play it fairly and normally, without relying on a VPN.
