So he got me from hostage situation and he started using voice changer which is ruining my RP experience at first he was talking in normal voice then he turns on his voice changer to change his voice like in real life I don't think something like this exists. For constant 6mins he was using it I called admin they said its not allowed but no punishment was issued I feel like as he holds a bio he should know this basic rule that its not allowed + its most likely fail RP as nothing can change your voice like this in real life. And Im attaching the POV for PG I clearly had a mask + a cap which hides my full head but idk how he still shaved my head. POV for that:

And on top of that hes breaking this basic rules which even newbies are aware of how hes still holding a bio. This month I posted him for CL which was approved Approved - CL | 270702 but as far ik people with punishment history cant have a bio but somehow he still has it. And hes just abusing his bio by doing things which are not allowed as it seems he doesn't understand basic rp.
