Hello sir I want to appeal for my warning , I complete 6 days of my last warning and i got 2nd warning same day and now again i complete 14 days again. This is the second time this has happened with me. I was about to complete my warning days, but they got reset as soon as I received the second warning. I kindly request your help regarding this issue.

All punishment details I provide you, I think my warning should have been 1 (3 days), but it’s now showing 2 (3 days). please sir check my warning logs and help me.
