no org car near graffiti. Ganesh said "ID 444032 reached HQ and then ran from HQ to do graffiti." if that logic is right they could rob me at graffiti spot using gang cars in their hq. 1.17 It is forbidden to use personal cars in events where you are acting as a gangmember. (You have to use only org cars) this rule clearly says that gang members have to use gang car for gang activity but there is no gang car. please check this situation again.
