Hello Dear Admins, I went up to the player to steal the car and told them that I was a car thief. After that, the player ran to the parking lot, took their car, and broke the roleplay I didn't kill him because he entered the parking lot; it's a green area.

You had enough time to kill him, and since you said you're a car thief it's obvious that he will run to save the car
