In POV2 [
] - you can see at the starting of the POV they are already holding 2 hostages and tried to take the other one, later they released him but holded 3 At a time, as you can see in the POV

] - at 0:24 137559 did PG, at 1:14 Id 132262 did PG, Holding 2 hostages with just one car

at 0:51 ID 131132 did Fail-RP, at 1:09 ID 89516 did Fail-RP, then they Both did PG ran with the hostages.
In this mass rule break multiple people along with a deputy was involved.
All of these are from same hostage situation you can verify the person around, time and both the hostages the location changed becuase LEOs requested for it.
