Hello,
It has been about 2 months since I was banned during the previous Battle Pass season, and I believe a new Battle Pass is available now. When I opened a support ticket before, I was told that I could submit a new request once the new Battle Pass arrived. My in-game family and friends also told me that the administrators are kind people and that they would try to help.
I am truly sorry for violating a rule that I was unaware of. I understand my mistake, and I promise that it will never happen again. If my ban cannot be removed at this time, could you please guide me on when I should submit my next appeal? I would like to contact you at the correct time, as I don’t want to create unnecessary tickets or appear as if I am spamming.
