I am writing to respectfully appeal my permanent ban on EN3, issued for violations of rules G.R 1.1 and G.R 1.2 [M].
At the time of the incident, I was still new to the server and did not fully understand all the rules or proper RP standards. Because of my inexperience, I may have made mistakes that I genuinely regret today.
Additionally, my PC was recently compromised, and I believe my login information may have been leaked. There is a possibility that someone gained unauthorized access to my account and performed actions that led to the ban. I want to make it clear that I have never shared, traded, or sold my account, and I had no personal involvement in any actions that violated server rules.
To avoid anything similar happening again, I have taken several security steps, including reformatting my PC, changing all passwords, and enabling two-factor authentication across all platforms. I have also carefully re-read all server rules to ensure full understanding and proper compliance in the future.
