I arrived at the bank disguised as a family member, then the smartest officer among them spotted me.

They thought I didn't have an ID which is true. But they didn't use RP commands when doing this.

At the same time, the officers continued shooting at me until they couldn't agree that I was a family member. (id 102725)

While this was happening, a police officer knocked me to the ground, and while I was handcuffed and incapacitated, they shot me. (id 102725)

You can also see that 128642 violated the "music in gz" rule at the beginning of the recording.

They want me to get warn about fear rp but no one demanded me to stop exactly, there were 10s people so?

They can arrest you just for refusing to show your ID. They don't need to use any RP commands before doing so, If they ask for your ID and you refuse, they can arrest you right away. Regarding the shooting, you were already there as a family member, they can shoot and kill you in order to win the event

ID 128642 was already punished in the same situation for Music in RP as you could see in the chat

I don't see any rule breaks from either side, therefore no need to lock for senior of state
