Reason of rule break was not intentional : I was standing on the other side of road where the circle come for RP TICKET FACTORY !!
I thought I am far enough from HQ but I was not aware the location was also part of HQ.

The punishment should be warn but why I got both warn and demorgan?
Above it, my car also got stolen as out of nowhere put me in jail while I was going to take insurance.
Punishment of forum count as OOC and it affected me in IC as my car got stolen who will pay for it? I want money for it.
