Why do you want to become the Leader of this organization?​

I want to become the leader of Marabunta Grand because I believe I have the dedication, leadership skills, and activity required to successfully manage the organization. I know how to maintain discipline, handle members properly, organize faction activities, and create a positive environment inside the gang.
My goal is to improve the overall RolePlay quality of the organization by creating realistic gang RolePlay, proper faction communication, organized events, and active teamwork. I want Marabunta Grand to become a respected and active faction where members enjoy serious and high-quality RP.
I am a very active and responsible player who spends more than 5 hours daily in-game. I am always ready to support members, solve problems, and help the faction improve in every possible way. I believe loyalty, teamwork, respect, and discipline are the most important qualities of a successful leader.
