Hello Pablo/Nik/Harry

It has been around 10 days since I applied for administrator position. After a few days of applying I made a complaint asking the reason of my rejection. He said me to wait as my application was still under review. (here) so I waited but till now there has been no updates so I am assuming my admin application has been rejected. So I would like to know the reason. If its my ic level (16), chief said I can apply when I was level 15 (here) so i was wondering was else can it be.
