As in POV he was my 10-15 and they does it intentionally as stated in forum here Admin Jailed him which the player wanted to so he can get saved from fines and confiscation.

May be every time it is not possible but at least admin should check situation as they are doing it intentionally from past many days and even doing Code A from situation after getting unconscious so they can avoid getting arrested.
