2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I would like to become leader because since starting working at Ems i have gained friendships, confidence and knowledge and worked my way upto deputy , i brought new ideas in like doing blood donation in the hospital wards were all the equipment is this brought more rp and more people came to the ward donations rather than doing it in hotel parking or capitol lawn i also started doing prostate exams, smear tests on the doc inmates Aswell as std tests. i found doing this it passes the time for the inmates and brings more rp for ems, doc workers and the inmates
I’m motivated by the opportunity to help others improve and help build a environment where people feel supported and want to work and not just bad copy as this demotivates the others that are covering lobbys then are worrying there not going to get replaced i want to change this by a fair bounes system were it will make people want to work and replace people when needed
i wont accept any corruption or favouritism like i have seen in other terms were there freinds and fam members who have joined and got high command straight away i will be not letting this happen as this demotivates people and makes people leave which isnt fair.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
since my time in ems i have noticed of a late night /early morning lobbys are empty or the same person is covering it and cant get a replacment i would like to change this by bringing in a reward system that will want to make people replace lobbys.
i would host multiple blood donation events every day along with open recruitments and pr events. as in the past i havnt seen many blood donations being done untill i started doing them in hospital ward
I have seen in many other terms when there is a hostage event that we just go and give adrenaline I want to improve this and I want to make it more roleplay I would have a meeting with government in the leader meetings and make sure that we can get other orgs to comply. I would like to make it so we can possibly take the hostages with a fib officer for example for a phyc evaluation after the incident to provide them with medical care and possibly we could possibly ask questions that would give fib evidence against the gangs this would improve the level of roleplay it would give fib a fun job or any officer that can gather evidence. Obviously there will be pros and cons but this would be realistic because maybe the officers would have to investigate what the hostage said which gives Leo's more of a job
I would also like to use the ambulance more as I have not seen many people using it and I believe there should be many patrolling the city and people should see these ambulances because lately people complain there is no ambulances on calls and they don't see them driving around
I would also change the discord side of things I believe we need more documentation explaining how to do certain procedures etc. I would like to bring a channels where people could go to see how to actually do the procedures etc because many times I have wanted to bring a lower rank than high command to a blood donation etc and they don't have access or don't know how to do it would be good for the lower ranks than high command to have access or be able to see how to do these events
I will have a set team of high commands and hope I will fill most positions in the high command team we will work as a team effectively also I will have the help of the past cheif and deputy within my term
In the past I have also seen many people arguing about covering the lobby's or doing certain dutys this will not be a issue in my term there will be strictly no arguing on lobby's about duty etc if anyone doesn't do what they should they will be Disciplined by internal affairs accordingly as it isn't professional and looks bad on the org when we have people arguing on duty
Also during my time in Ems I have seen people misusing the EMS vehicles I would set it up so only certain cars can be used for certain things as many times the helicopter is misused or even the g wagon I would make sure the cars are only being used for what they should be for example helicopter will be strictly just Air Rescue Calls from rank (23) the gwagon will be strictly for events only HC from rank (24) the charger will be from rank 18 which will be used for on calls only and Camaro will be used for rank 5 and onwards for on calls and any below rank 5 use the ambulance
i would get a good team toghther for medlabs to make sure sure that we always have over 20k medkits at PH and that people are making medicines to make sure there is always enough incase of mass medruns
i also would have a team ready for surgery and pych evluations as i have seen people run when these are mentioned i dont want this to be the case i want people to look forward to having to do surgery as this will bring more rp for both ems and the civillians ,
i will be making sure all highcommands do training and hiring and not just leave it to the ftos to do as i have seen people asking for training for hours while highcommands are avavaible
I will not accept any kind of toxicity or trolling towards the organization in any way i will be sure to go through the correct prodcuders to get these people punished as i have seen and expreinced personsally ems getting harrased and bullied and this makes people not want to work i want to make sure this dosnt carry on happening
