2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. Firstly this organization is the back bone of this city where it operates each and everything regarding health issues, illness or etc. Where EMS face to many difficuilties to serve fastest and best treatment in all over city. Where I want to operate this organization to cover lobbies covered 24/7 with no issues, There should be active medics during on calls and Provide fast services to LEOs. My highcommand team will operate these things city in day and aswell as in night.
2.2. A lot of people join EMS but leave quickly because they get bored of the repetitive work or feel disappointed, So I will completely change this by reworking on the ems bonus system and make it reliable, So the medics get paid properly with an fair about of money becuase they suffer in many conditions including calls inside the ghetto, which is very dangerous, I will also host the blood donation camps which are not being done currently, I will full fill the PR events requiments and do them timely. I will also make the lab department active and well and futhermore i will work on FTO system where they should have proper hand books to make trainees best medics in the city so they actully feel that they are a part of EMS team.
2.3. As the ems interact with each an every player in the server so we have to maintain the professionalism all over the city, I will enfore a strick but fair chain-of-command to handle and rule breaks including OOC/IC, toxicity (never), etc. my goal is to make the ems an best organization that both criminals or LEOs respect when we show up our best services.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. The ems has many things to be improving so it will be the one of favorite organization of peoples, firsly The blood donation drives/camp is very rarely done,even this can improve the ems value where all citizens can participate. This will be done by specific department named surgery, I will also train medics and make interest to them to join surgery department and they will be properly teached for doing surgery. Mainly I will try to teach the newly FTO about training and Give my own hand written hand book. Everything will be sort out with chain-of-command.
3.2. The reporting system for ems will be updated and any person who are citizen or an medics can report to an medics who had any violations and my team including my PA will review that and possiblity the issue will be resolved as soon as we can. The reporting high command system will be also fixed and properly updated so any highcommand who try to thread any medics or makes any violation will be also resolved as soon as we can.
3.3. The PR events and the global events will be done by me and my team as soon as we can, We will try to achieve this term without any Warnings or Verbals as well as complete it, Not leaving in between. My roleplay skill will help me to make my term Successful.
