2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization.
2.1 I want to become a leader of this specific organization because I believe this department is one of the most important organizations in the city. This is largely due to the medical care the EMS provides to bystanders within the city. This also becomes more of why I want to become EMS leader, to make sure that this department as a whole does its jobs correctly along with training the people the right way and interviewing the people the right way to make sure they deliver the best and correct duties at all times regardless of what department they are in inside this organization as a whole.
2.2 I have been working in EMS for long time and worked hard to achieve any rank and I am looking forward to doing the same things. I want to try to eliminate some unfair things within the department, I want to make sure that every person in this department is treated equally, with respect and that everyone is rewarded according to the work they do for this wonderful organization.
2.3 I have a vision to enhance our EMS system by improving response times, advancing training, and optimizing communication. My aim is to elevate our organization’s overall effectiveness and performance.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 Covering lobbies for 24 hours, going on calls to save people's life and on Ro calls to attend as many global events we can.
3.2 I will make sure that all lobbies are covered and one high command on standby on each lobby and there will be two units on calls and minimum one unit on RO calls.
3.3 There will be one proper PR team this time who will organize events in regular basis for maintaining good relations with public.
3.4 I will try improving more roleplay by organizing blood campaigns and will doing department check ups regularly to ensure our public servants are fit and fine and we will do organize some physical
checkups for public.
