We given demands to ID 141256 because he was close to our property and the money printing machine. On our property we had multiple solar panels, and smuggling machines. We had no idea what he wanted and he could've attacked us at any time so we gave him demands to leave, we gave him an appropriate amount of time to leave but he hesitated to leave and stalled therefore we killed him. Even though it was a public road, he was too close to our property and money printing machine and ID 141256 was not fearing for his life when we pointed guns and demanded him to leave.

If the RP involved // revolved around the money printer, the attackers are required to give demands to the defenders (which would be you), and any player who appears to be a threat may be shot with the intent of actively taking the printer. From this report, the player was in the street, so there was no reason for any of you to give demands. If he had moved into closer proximity of the “RP” (money printer, smuggling machines, whatever), then you could have shot him.

I don't mean for this to be disrespectful but if you rewatch the POV he was in well close proximity to our property and the money printing machine. Furthermore, he got into the car and waited before leaving which is FearRP and even when he started driving he stopped and then continued driving, to my knowledge, he is not fearing for his life.

I also forgot to mention that it is commonly seen that the attackers of money printing machine do not give demands for the money printing machine and shoot without demands, we have seen this as a family continuously so we are taking precautions to make sure we do not get killed or have the machine stolen.
