He was cuffing a bandit in front all the ballas while they were holding a hostage in open. He didnt showed any signs of fear for the hostage life, he just went to the person tackled him and cuffed in while there were multiple ballas around also there was 1 guy holding the hostage just behind him.

Even thought if someone is alone a single cop cant go and directly cuff. we need at-least 2 to cuff 1 guy.

Day before yesterday also he did the same.

Kindly look into it. I dont want all Orgs to receive punishment for 1 guys mistake. Thank you

I don't think you have the right to file a complaint against me on the forum when I haven't done anything to you. People can file complaints against me and deal with them.
As for the second video, the person uploaded it to a forum and then deleted it.

This guy come to us and cuff the guy infront of us in front of store so its a very big reason for fail rp + fear rp.
