Hey Dear Higher ups, I hope you doing good,
I want to approach this appeal differently from my previous ones. I know I have submitted many appeals and I understand that repeating the same points without anything new to show has not been helpful. I appreciate the patience that has been shown in reviewing them.
My Lack of Trust was issued by Ex-Senior Crime Curator Bawan Broddy 7 months ago for disbanding 2 leadership terms in past. I accepted that decision and did not stop putting in work after receiving it.
Since then, I have successfully completed multiple terms as deputy across several organizations including Bloods, Ballas, and Marabunta, serving in turf deputy roles. I did not receive any bans, punishments, or rule violations during this entire period. I proved that I can operate responsibly under a structured chain of command and contribute positively to the organizations I was part of.
Dear sir, I also successfully completed 2 full leadership terms before the Lack of Trust was issued. These terms were not disbanded. I led them to completion,
I also want to highlight that with the 2 disbanded terms, I had successfully completed 2 full leadership terms also. This shows that disbanding was not a habit or a pattern, it was a mistake during a difficult period. I have a proven record of completing terms, and I believe that record should be taken into consideration alongside the mistakes that led to this Lack of Trust.
Dear sir, during my term of families which got disbanded for low activity had reason behind it, dear sir after 1 week of getting leadership of families, my father got into accident and his color bone got fracture and doctors said him to take rest till color bone get fixed, i reported this thing to Ex-Senior Crime Markus Cartel in Curator Chat of families discord and explained him full situation, you can check this in families curator chat, i even wanted to disband term but my deputy said me they will handle so instead of disbanding i decided to carry on the term but due to inactivity my this term got disbanded.
I also want to respectfully reference what Bobby sir mentioned in one of my previous appeals: Here and Here , that my case would be considered in the future. I am not using that as pressure, but I do believe that my record since then, completed terms, clean history, and consistent activity, reflects exactly the kind of improvement that was being waited for.

I am not asking for this to be removed purely because time has passed. I am asking because I have genuinely demonstrated through my actions that I have moved past the mistakes that led to the Lack of Trust. The evidence is there in my activity and completed terms.
I fully respect whatever decision is made and I appreciate the time taken to review this.
