I went to tear it off, he moved away. So not my fault if the script doesnt allow it more than once every 5 minutes. Uncuffs wont happen due to headpop culture. Thanks attached proof, nicely deceiving Admins!

Doesn't change the fact i can only do it once every 5 minutes, so that is redundant in this scenario. Plus kinda weird that he can just move away when i tear at his face, dont you think?

1; Mask off is only required for identification porpuses, which happend through Passport.
2; we should give them a chance for their own masks, which i did, he chose to break the RP. Even though it wasnt even "his mask"
3; No other Rule specifically tells anything else in this regard. If HE didnt break RP, it wouldnt have happend, so its entirely his fault.
