Dear Admin,
I believe the punishment issued to me in the following thread was unjustified:
Approved - CR + GZ 1.1 (Bloods) 274150, 110179 , 312194
As is evident from the POV, I was not intentionally ramming the police vehicle at the beginning of the chase. The police car made a sudden hard left turn toward the car wash, which resulted in a collision with my vehicle while I was pursuing them. Vehicles do not stop instantly, and braking requires both time and distance.
Additionally, CR should generally be determined by repeated and intentional collisions. In the provided POV, I only collided with the vehicle once, and that occurred due to the circumstances described above rather than any deliberate attempt to ram.
I believe the punishment may have been issued collectively, taking into account the actions of other individuals involved in the situation rather than evaluating my actions separately. I have attached my POV as well for consideration.
While I understand that I am already serving the jail time and that the punishment itself cannot be reversed, I respectfully request that the corresponding punishment be removed from my history.
