The player with ID 240896, the forum member, shoots at a player who leaves the field at the second minute of the video, but then also shoots at other players standing nearby. This shows a violation of rule 6.15. His claim that he wouldn't have shot if they hadn't shot him after he was knocked unconscious doesn't change the situation, because you can't commit another rule violation. The forum member should also be penalized.
