the guy who reported posted an ad for selling luminous stone for 750k, then I texted him and negotiated for 600k he said ok and Sent me GPS when I reached him he is rejecting my exchange and changed his words...so simply he wasted my time....take action against him but why me??

so what should I do should I make a forum on him and wait until it gets rejected?? ingame or IRL time is very precious for everyone....i dont care if someone waste my money but i dont spare if someone waste my time....according to the RP im a serious businessman he called me for a deal bt he wasted my time by changing words thats it....i know they rejects this forum too but i just wanna say take some action against fake ad posting people and time wasting people.
