Hello Sir, as you can see in his pov he was doing metagaming and after getting robbed he came back with his friend and did nonrp driving. And why did he not get any punishment?

He and his friend were robbed before and then they came back to our location as you can see in his pov and were doing meta-gaming and nonrp driving.
