Hello,

I am making this due to me completely disagreeing with the admins decision to reject this report. https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/3371/

The 2 videos I provided clearly show the player in question dying and then 3 mins later being back at the same fight as he died, got healed at MD and rented a rental and came right back.

1st video shows me killing him at 17:22 and then the 2nd clip shows him being back looting me at the same fight 3 mins later at 17:25. He clearly broke the rules here.
