  1. there is our solar panels and some guys wanted to steal them and we came back we sow them trying to steal and we started shouting at them and the admin gives us punishment's but the guys how fired at us did not get a punishment's and he said he was there before 5 min if he was there before he will understand the situation

Averyone have the right to plant a solar panels its a public place
Second why u holding weapon when u know that the girl was trying to plant It is not a danger to you
Its clear that u doing AO 1.4 by planting 2 solar panels from two accounts
Checking solar panels avery time made the girl feel You feel threatened
U clearly saw the girl talking to that guy so he's not Danger
