when i was going race at the Los Santos and when i was going in the road my lastics is fucked up for barricade i dont know why they planted there barricades and I was disqualified in the race aswell so

I believe the spikes were placed to catch someone who was cop baiting. Later when the guy got arrested the spikes got removed. It was too late by then as your car ran over it.
