He stole our family car first and then when we chased him his location according to tracker showed beside FIB and it was green zone so most probably he was undeground but in green zone so i am requesting his pov

Insufficient Evidence
There is not proof shown that the vehicle was stolen from a GZ, and the vehicle never appears in the POV at all to determine if it was driven into a GZ (FIB garage interior that employee went into will not show vehicle on the mini map)
Additionally, we only POV request for Events​
