i did mess up a bit as i did not expect a taxi driver to hop out with a gun also sorry but ever sense the latest patch my voice does not get captured.
p.s go easy on what i did wrong here im new to EMS.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 118989 will receive a punishment for violation of General Rule 6.5
• ID 106924 will receive a punishment for no Fear RP (The suspect can be heard Yelling NO NO when ems goes near to revive)
• Note: Spoke to EMS chief regarding the same and explained him the scenario here where if a person with gun at such a scene gives demands to EMS, its better if EMS fears for life and complies (revieves or doesnt revive based on the demand given)
