There is no UB demands, he simply tries to pull you over, to which you dont have to comply. He then blocks your engine, which he starts RP with. You didn't have to tell him to drop his weapon, you could have just engaged him. He had a weapon, so did you, no FearRP violation. It is just a simple gunfight.
