So we had this 10-15 going to DOC. Then out of no where this guy appears and starts shooting our 10-15. He didnt start shooting us. He started shooting the 10-15 first. He was trying to kill his friend (the 10-15) so he can spwan back at the hospital and evades our arrest. And we never saw this guy follow us or anything. So I think the 10-15 told the guy to wait for us at the DOC. CLEAR METAGAMING

first of the guy was at doc was not my friend and is not even in my family , and i have whole pov from starting to end
